SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Online orders are for shipping and delivery within the United States only. Our normal processing and shipping time is 3-4 business days. For clarification, this does not mean your order will arrive in 3-4 business days, but it will leave our possession in 3-4 business days. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be added to the order’s total cost when placing the order. Our standard way of shipping is by USPS Flat Rate boxes. In our continued commitment to minimize competition with our valued retail partners, we do not allow orders to be picked up at our manufacturing facility.

$6.95 flat rate for all orders under $20
Orders under $20 will ship by USPS flat rate box.

$8.95 flat rate for all orders between $20 - $99.99
Orders between $20 - $99.99 will ship by USPS flat rate box.

ALWAYS free shipping on orders over $100!
We always have and always will offer free shipping on orders totaling more than $100. These will also ship by USPS Flat Rate box.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club,  EnRoute and PayPal. All of our payments are processed through PayPal, which provides protection for our customers because we never see your payment information, but you DO NOT have to have a PayPal account for payment. If you do not have to have a PayPal account, you have the option to pay as a guest using a credit or debit card below the PayPal login fields. Simply click on the "Pay with a debit or credit card, or bill me later" link to proceed.

PRIVACY/SECURITY
Any information you provide in placing an online order through Tulsa Tackle is safeguarded according to the strictest standards for e-commerce, using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software to protect your data and secure your transactions. Personal information, including your e-mail address, credit card number and shipping/billing address is encrypted using the most current method commercially available, and it is not shared with any others beyond our needs in fulfilling your order.

As with most credit card purchases, you are further protected from unauthorized charges to your card via protection under the Fair Credit Billing Act, and your provider cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of any fraudulent charges.

At the time of ordering, you do have the option to check a box granting us permission to send you further communications from Tulsa Tackle. If you opt-in, we will not share your e-mail address with others.

ONLINE ORDERING
Online orders are for shipping and delivery within the United States only. We apologize to our international customers, but we currently lack the capability to efficiently and effectively process international payment and shipment. Oklahoma sales taxes apply to orders shipping to Oklahoma. Online orders are processed and shipped only after credit card approval. If there is a problem with the credit card information you provided, you will be notified for further assistance before we can process your order. Upon credit card approval, please allow 3-4 business days for shipment (not receipt) of your merchandise.

RETURNS
Returns must occur within thirty (30) days of the date your credit card has been processed for the purchase of our products. A 15% return fee of the original merchandise cost will be incurred, and return freight charges must be pre-paid at your expense. Before making any returns, please contact Tulsa Tackle via e-mail to explain the reason and to obtain an authorization number. We will refuse receipt of all returns not in compliance with this policy.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Upon receiving a package damaged during shipment, open immediately and inspect for missing or damaged goods. Should there be a problem with the contents, do not discard the packaging material and e-mail us to discuss further handling procedures.
